STEAMED
Soft and juicy
Straight from the steamer: a thin, soft skin and the juice inside. The way to taste the filling. From Rs 100 for Guchha Mo:Mo.
FRIED
Golden and crisp
From the pan: a golden, crunchy skin around the same filling. A little more on every plate, from Rs 120 for Guchha Mo:Mo.

The stall board's specials
At Kathmandu's food fairs our red stall writes its own board. Beside the momos, sausages and fokso it adds Newari favourites: choila, choila with chiura, and yomari.
